Pastor & Wife Appreciation Services in June
Pastor Hall is a native of Dallas, Texas, however, he spent his childhood years
growing up in Arizona and Kansas. A graduate of Wichita Kansas Public School
Heights High School, he holds a B. A. Degree from Bishop College and a Master
of Divinity from Southwestern Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, Texas. He has
served as Pastor of the Greater Friendship Missionary Baptist Church (Fort
Worth, Texas), Associate Minister of the Golden Gate Missionary Baptist Church
(Dallas, Texas) the late Dr. C. B. T. Smith, Pastor, and Associate Minister of the
Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church (Wichita, Kansas) the late Dr. Lloyd D. Hall
Jr., Pastor. Professionally, he held the position of Administrative Assistant with
the Environmental Protection Agency as well as a Teacher Assistant with the
Richardson Independent School District. Currently, he is the Pastor of St. Luke
Missionary Baptist Church, Dallas, Texas for over 25 years. In 2017, Pastor Hall
was installed as the moderator of the North Texas District Association following
16 years of excellent leadership of Rev. Dr. W. Timothy Glynn of Ft. Worth, Texas.
In the Spring of 1983, Pastor Hall became a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity,
Incorporated Epsilon Gamma Chapter at Bishop College. He is currently a
member of the Nu Pi Lambda Chapter in Arlington, TX. He is married to Mrs.
Stephanie Hall, a graduate of Bishop College who is a retired educator of over 35
years. Their daughter Lloimincia, a decorated gymnast of Louisiana State
University, completed her undergraduate work in May 2015 and her master’s
degree in May of 2017. Stephanie is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority,
Incorporated Tau Rho Omega Chapter
Stephanie La’Chelle Hall, a native from Denison, Texas.
met and married the dream of her life, Rev. Lloyd B. Hall III while
matriculating at Bishop College in 1981. She is the devoted
mother of one daughter, Lloimincia who is the former gymnast and
graduate of Louisiana State University (LSU). Her daughter, Lloimincia
D’Chelle Hall-Harris is married to Andre Harris and the proud parents of
her only grandbaby, Lleia A’Chelle . Sis. Hall graduated from Bishop
College with a Bachelor of Science degree in English and a minor in
Spanish. While at Bishop College, Sis. Hall was initiated into Alpha
Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. in the spring of 1983. She is currently an
active member of Tau Rho Omega Chapter in Carrollton, Texas and the
chairman of South Central Region’s Spiritual Oversight Committee. In
1990, Sister Stephanie received her Master of Arts degree in English
from Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas.
After graduating from Bishop College, Stephanie began her career as a
high school English teacher in Dallas ISD, then as an administrator in
the district. Sis. Hall retired in 2019 after 35 years in the Dallas
District.
Stephanie is a proud member of St. Luke Baptist Church in Dallas,
Texas where her husband has served as pastor/teacher for the past 27
years. Stephanie is also an active member in the North Texas District
Association where her husband is the Moderator, Missionary Baptist
General Convention of Texas and serves as the 2 nd Vice President of the
Minister’s Wives and Widows Auxiliary of the National Baptist
Convention of America Incorporated, International.
Although prayer and hard work have gotten her where she currently is,
not only in her professional career but also in her spiritual life, Sis.
Stephanie Hall takes pride in being a “Child of God” who requests daily
for God to give her a “clean heart and renew the right spirit within
her”.
In 1993, Pastor and Lady Hall were blessed with a beautiful baby girl. Mince is very spiritual and a former gymnast at the college level. She graduated in 2015 as an all-American gymnast at LSU. Mince received her M.A. Degree in Higher Education from LSU in 2017. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, Tau Rho Omega Chapter in Carrollton, TX.
